1.0.1 This regulation is suitable for the design,constructional acceptance of the new buile

,rebuilt or expand outdoor buried polyethylene water supply pipeline project, The

applicable range is the outdoor water supply pipeline that the nominal pressure of the

tubing is less than 1.6MPa, the pipe diameter is less or equal to 630mm and the water

teansportation temperature is 0-40.
1.0.2 The water supply tubing should meet with the national standard GB/J13663-2000.the

pipe fitting should meet with the european stantard.
1.0.3The unit carrying on the design and construction of the polyethylene water supply

pipeline project must have corresponding qualification  approved by the constructional main

government ;the pipeline project must be done according to the document and constructional

drawing; the changing plan should be agreed by the design unit.
1.0.4 This regulation can be used for the corrosive oil such as acid, alkale; for area tiwh

the settlement by soaking soil,expansive soil,permafrost soil and so on special soil layer,

the coreponding regulations of the professional and national standard should also be met

with.

1.0.5Besides thsi regulation, the design ,construction and acceptance of the polyethylene

water supply pipeline project shoule also meet the national standard "Outdoor water suply

design regulation" and the relevant regualtions of the exiting quality , safety , fireproof

and health specification.
2.Material
2.1.1 The tubing and pipefitting should possess the products quality inspection record of

the enterprise quality inspection department and the certification of the manufactory.
2.1.2 When storing ,carrying and transporting the tubing and pipefitting, don't throw and

avoid impacting acutely.
2.1.3 When storing ,carrying and transporting the tubing and pipefitting,it should be tied

up by non-metal, the ends of the tubing should be pluged.

2.1.4 The storage period from production to use is not suitable ti be more than one year.

2.2 The requirements for the raw material used to produce the polyehtylene water supply

pipe
2.2.1 the raw material used to produce the polyethylene water supply pipe and pipefitting

should adopt universal PE80,PE100 special material with the raw material inspecting record.
2.2.2 The basic performance of the polyethylene tubing ,pipefitting material made of the

fixed material should meet with the requirements of the national standard GB/T13663-2000.
